We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, and selling our products/services over the phone. You will play a key role in driving revenue and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential customers, introduce our products/services, and qualify leads.
Sales Conversion: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and create a pipeline of prospective clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Understand the features and benefits of our products/services, and convey this information clearly to customers.
Data Entry: Accurately log customer details, sales activity, and interactions into the CRM system.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively communicate the advantages of our offerings.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
0-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or any customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent, any graduate or a related field is a plus.
