Job Description

     

    • Subject Matter Expert for benefits program management
    • Plan, direct, coordinate, administer, monitor and report benefits including retirement plans, insurances and other benefits of the organization
    • Liaise with benefits vendors/brokers to manage benefits
    • Ensure benefits plans comply with statute regulations
    • Prepare benefits budget and keep operations within budget
    • Monitor benefits trends and propose improvement in benefits plan
    • Draft, Propose or present new benefits/changes basis market benchmarking & industry best practices
    • Seek necessary approvals and manage Internal communications and penetration of the benefits program
    • Act as point of contact for HR benefits interpretation & clarifications both at the new joiner induction as well as ongoing
    • Benchmark & Review of Benefits in India and International Policies
    • Managing end to end global mobility of employees
      • On-boarding  (local hiring / secondment / deployment)
      • Benefits administration
      • Statutory compliances
    • Global Statutory Compliance
      • Statutory compliance / regulations in India and International Geos
    • Design and Administration of Global Medical Insurance, Accident and Death Insurance 
    • Mergers and Acquisition
      • Due Diligence Process
      • Process mapping and analysis of fitments
      • Change management
    • Global Mobility: Research and analysis of International Geography from the perspective of:
      • Cost of living 
      • Statutory compliances (social security, income tax etc) 
      • Understanding the geography from the perspective of culture, practices, challenges 

     

    Required Skills/Abilities:

     

    • Should have 8 to 12 years of experience in designing and implementing Global Benefits program
    • Excellent benefits program management and structured thinking skills
    • Proven experience in planning and leading benefits programs
    • Proven experience in networking within the industry and collaborating amongst multiple teams/departments
    • Excellent presentation skills and able to articulate concepts
    • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
    • Advanced Excel skills, proficient in MS Word, Access & PowerPoint
    • Eye for details and analytical orientation
    • Looking for candidates from Bangalore only. Other locations candidates will not be considered
