Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies for creative services, including branding, design, content development, video production, and campaign creation.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads by building relationships with clients.
- Present proposals and creative pitches to clients, showcasing the agencys capabilities and value proposition.
- Manage key client accounts for creative projects, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure creative output meets client objectives and is aligned with brand standards.
- Take ownership of the creative services P&L, ensuring profitability and meeting revenue targets.
- Review project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control expenses to maximize profitability.
- Work closely with the Creative Director and team leads to ensure high-quality creative outputs that exceed client expectations.
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to contribute to campaign planning and strategy.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or client servicing in creative or marketing agencies.
- Strong understanding of creative services, brand strategy, and campaign development.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals with high-value clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing P&L for creative services is a plus.
