Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls regarding logistics services.

Provide clients with information on shipping, tracking, delivery times, and available logistics solutions.

Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide post-sale support.
- Assist in order bookings, ensure shipment details are recorded accurately, and update clients regarding the status of their shipments.
- Higher secondary and Any Graduate
- Languages Required: Hindi English Telugu
