Inbound Customer Service Representative @ Eway It Solutions

Job Description

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to inbound inquiries, ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This will involve promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, handling and resolving customer complaints professionally, processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately, providing information about products and services, maintaining a high level of knowledge about company offerings, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and customer interaction, possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), preferably have previous experience in customer service or a related field, be able to navigate Microsoft Office applications, and demonstrate a strong client services orientation with attention to detail. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.,
