Job Description
- Role : Lead - Data Science Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai Mode : Work from Office Job Description As a Lead Data Scientist at GeBBS, you will spearhead advanced NLP and machine learning projects, developing methodologies and innovative solutions to address complex technical, analytical, and operational challenges. Key Responsibilities Drive the development of cutting-edge NLP/LLM and deep learning models. Lead and mentor a team of data scientists to achieve project goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions. Requirements Experience : 4+ years in data science, preferably in product development with a focus on NLP/LLMs or deep learning. 2+ years in leading or mentoring data science teams. Technical Expertise Proficiency in Python or other programming languages. Hands-on experience with ML libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis, probability, and experimental design. Advanced experience in NLP techniques (e.g., sentiment analysis, word embeddings, NER, text classification, machine translation, NLG, and speech recognition). Proficiency in building and training deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs). Familiarity with LMs and LLMs such as GPT, BERT, and Transformer models. Skills Strong ability to implement AI research papers and keep up with NLP advancements. Expertise in working with structured and unstructured data for information extraction and knowledge representation. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
