Job Description
- Job Summary: As a part of the Campus Team, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting, onboarding, engaging, and retaining top talent from the best universities and colleges across the country. Responsible for collaborating with various business units to identify talent needs, design effective campus recruitment strategies, and build lasting relationships with educational institutions. Key Responsibilities: Campus Recruitment & Branding Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's hiring goals and objectives. Coordinate and Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations of candidates to identify top talent. Partner with university career centres, to promote the organization's brand and opportunities. Plan and coordinate campus events and other engagement activities to attract and retain top talent. Partner with the branding team to generate social media content and collateral related to the program and the cohort Campus Talent management Liaison with teams for planning and execution of induction and onboarding. Design and execute performance review process of trainees, collaborating with their managers to ensure a comprehensive and effective performance evaluation. Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of employee data and utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends and extract meaningful insights Conduct learning needs assessments and collaborate with subject matter experts and business to design and develop targeted learning programs that align with the cohorts needs Implement the delivery of learning initiatives and evaluate the impact of these programs to enhance their effectiveness Maintain constant connect with trainees and grievance redressal in consultation with BHRS. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institute or Masters degree from a Tier 2 institute Prior experience in campus recruitment, talent management or HR-operations roles preferred Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint Good written and communication skills natural inclination to work with people and build relationships Demonstrate energy and passion Able to work with the marketing team in building collaterals for building the Employer Brand at Campus,
