Job Description:
- Lead and manage a talented product engineering team specializing in .NET stack technologies.
- Develop and execute product development strategies to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge products.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and align with business objectives.
- Implement agile methodologies to enhance project visibility, speed up iterations, and facilitate cross-functional communication.
- Oversee the design and development of new products, from concept to market launch.
- Drive the implementation of best practices in product design, development, and testing to improve product reliability and performance.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and regularly report progress to senior management.
- Manage the product engineering budget, optimizing resource allocation and achieving cost savings.
- Has experience in FPNA, F&A, R2R, P2P, and O2C processes.
- 12-15 years of experience in technology leadership roles, including expertise in the .NET stack and product development.
- 10 years of experience in finance and accounting leadership roles, with a strong understanding of FPNA, F&A, R2R, P2P, and O2C.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering innovative products.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and best practices in both technology and finance domains.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
