Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
Develop and implement HR policies suitable for a growing startup.
Oversee employee engagement, feedback, and team-building initiatives.
Support performance management processes and appraisals.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
