Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and databases, ensuring data sanity, consistency, and accuracy across HR systems.
  • Support backend data processes, such as inputting, auditing, and validating HR data to meet compliance and quality standards.
  • Prepare and generate reports, dashboards, and presentations using basic Excel skills to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, including preparation of employee documentation, tracking, and timely updates in internal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with HR operations processes and policies, while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Regularly review data entries and processes to identify discrepancies and ensure precision in all HR tasks.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR systems, policies, and procedures, providing accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure HR operational processes align with organizational goals.
  • Gain foundational knowledge of HR workflows, processes, and policies to contribute effectively to team objectives.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of digital files and records within HR management systems.
  • Create charts, tables, and basic templates for data analysis and presentations.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office tools and MS Excel
  • Strong executive presence, good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to handle huge volumes and flexible with the process/changes
  • Ability to perform multi-tasking
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
  • Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability
  • Any Graduate / Post-graduate from a reputed institute with specialization in HR
  • 0-2 years of experience.
