Business Development Professionals - IT (SoC, Embedded, IOT, Semiconductor)


Location: Noida

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales / Business Development Specialist / Manager with a strong background in IoT, and Embedded Systems. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of proven experience in technology-driven solutions and will be responsible for new account farming and hunting. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and technical expertise to drive business growth and establish long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Account Farming & Hunting:
    • Identify and engage new business opportunities within the IoT, Embedded Systems, and solutions market.
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate new markets and generate sales leads.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate business growth.

  • POC Engagement & Supplier Management:
    • Lead the development and execution of Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives to showcase product capabilities and solutions to potential clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure successful POC outcomes and manage ongoing supplier relationships.
    • Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings based on client needs and market trends.

  • Technical Demonstrations:
    • Conduct engaging product demos and presentations in technical shows, webinars, and client meetings to effectively communicate the value of solutions.
    • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand product features and the latest technological advancements.

  • Market Research & Strategy:
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape, formulating go-to-market strategies accordingly.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management and making recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
    • Maintain clear and accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account status using CRM tools.

Qualifications:


  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10+ years of demonstrated success in IoT, SoC, or Embedded Systems.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth through new account acquisition.
  • Skills:
    • Strong technical knowledge of software solutions and the technology landscape.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships in a B2B setting.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical thinker with the ability to problem-solve and think critically.
    • Adaptability to changes in a fast-paced environment and readiness to take on new challenges.
