Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

• Indian Food preparation and cooking.
• Menu planning and execution.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Ensuring that the taste, texture, and appearance of the food meet standards.
• Adhering to food safety regulations and ensuring all food storage, preparation, and cooking practices are compliant.
• Ensure kitchen safety.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Must be English proficient.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, guesthouse, or VIP Residence.
• Proficiency in Indian cuisines is essential.
• Familiarity with preparing occasional cakes, pastries, and desserts is preferred.
• Knowledge of continental cuisine will be considered an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in a non-commercial establishment.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and food hygiene practices is required.
• Age should not be more than 45 Additional.
