Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Generation Specialist / Manager to drive demand generation and outbound prospecting initiatives in Data Engineering, Product Engineering, IoT, and IT Services domains. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain understanding, proven lead gen strategies, and the ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams to build a strong, qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute lead generation strategies across target geographies and verticals.
  • Build a high-quality sales pipeline through email campaigns, social selling, cold outreach, events, and partnerships.
  • Leverage domain knowledge in Data, Product Engineering, and IoT to engage senior-level decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop account-based campaigns and targeted content.
  • Continuously research market trends, customer personas, and competitor landscapes.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize lead generation performance through CRM and analytics tools.
  • Mentor junior lead gen executives and standardize best practices across the team.

Requirements

  • 810 years of experience in B2B lead generation for IT services with a focus on Digital/Data/Engineering/IoT domains.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and buying personas in industries like Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy, or Industrial IoT.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to align lead gen initiatives with broader business and sales goals.
  • Self-starter with a data-driven mindset and leadership potential.
