Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via phone, email, or chat. If you have excellent communication skills, are fluent in English and Hindi, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products or services
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and first-call resolution targets
 

Requirements:

 
• Graduate degree in any field
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to work in a rotational shift environment (day and evening shifts)
