Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Architectural, Structural & MEP Coordination to complete GFC Drawings.

Preferred candidate profile

Degree in Architecture

Experience working in a team environment.

Ability to independently manage projects with team of junior architects under the supervision of Sr. Architect.

Drive design & coordination of complex projects with a strong focus on materiality & buildability.

Ability to work on large-scale architectural competitions and projects, technical & commercial proposals. Prepare agreements and communication with clients & consultants.

Candidate must have hands-on knowledge of working drawings, detailing, and coordination with consultants.

Familiarity with common Architectural specifications, Documentation, and concepts.

Knowledge of International Standards & Systems shall be an added advantage.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sketch Up, and other software is an added advantage.

Site experience of executing projects with complex programs & multiple stakeholders.
