Job Description

Bachelors degree in information technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience supporting or working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ideally in a supply chain environment or logistics.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve system and user issues.
Familiarity with WMS applications and tools such as Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Roadnet, Truck Builder, Descartes, SAE, EDI or similar systems.
Experience with Tandem/HP Nonstop, IBM Mainframe, COBOL, SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools is a must.
Tandem utilities like Pathway, FUP, SCUP and TACL,TMF,BATCHCOM,SPOOLCOM.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and processes (inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Should be flexible with working hours and shifts
Familiarity with system integrations and APIs is a plus.
