Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, including branding, positioning, messaging, Branding for founders and company.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives, investor branding, marketing etc.
  • Build, manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, webinars, blogs, videos, editing of videos, shorts, Linkedin ads, framework for marketing and more as required.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine and adjust marketing strategies. Responsibilities:

  • Drive thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, industry reports and any relevant speaking engagements, founder visibility etc.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with our external agencies, partners, and vendors to enhance marketing efforts and expand our reach.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Event management across geographies right from inception, negotiation, design, fitment and execution. Post execution gifting, awarding etc.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 7+years of experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies and campaigns in a technology/SaaS environment.
