Job Description

    We are looking for a Junior Executive Sales & Procurement who will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by managing the tender submissions on e-portals. Your responsibilities will include reading and analyzing tender documents, identifying client requirements, sourcing and negotiating with vendors/suppliers, and preparing compelling proposals to achieve sales targets.  1. Review and understand the requirements and specifications outlined in tender documents. 2. Clarify any uncertainties or ambiguities in the tender documents with the client or issuing authority. 3. Research and identify suitable vendors/suppliers for required products or services. 4. Obtain quotes from vendors/suppliers and negotiate terms to ensure competitive pricing and favorable conditions. 5. Evaluate and select vendors/suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery time. 6. Develop a comprehensive proposal that meets the client's requirements. 7. Ensure that the proposal is well-organized, clearly written, and persuasive. 8. Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with all requirements. 9. Achieve sales targets through successful tender submissions. 10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, external and internal stakeholders. 11. Follow up on submitted tenders and communicate with clients to address any queries or concerns. 12. Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, vendor quotes, and client communications. 13. Prepare regular reports on tender activities and outcomes for management review. 14. Stay updated with industry trends, tendering processes, and market conditions. 15. Identify and recommend improvements to the tendering process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 1. Bachelor's degree in any stream. 2. 0-6 months experience in tendering, procurement, or inside sales. 3. Strong analytical and research skills to identify client requirements and suitable vendors. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    5. Must be proficient in English, written & verbal skill. 6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 7. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-portal systems. 8. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 9. Team player with the ability to work independently.
