Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with 12 years of experience in a fintech or related industry to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and nurturing relationships with exporters. You will serve as the crucial link between prospective clients and our sales team, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling & Lead Qualification
• Initiate calls to exporters to introduce our offerings.
• Understand and assess the needs, pain points, and business readiness of prospects.
• Pre-qualify leads before forwarding them to the sales team for further engagement.
• Arrange and schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team, ensuring alignment with mutual availability.
2. Follow-Ups & Relationship Management
• Maintain and update a database of both potential and existing clients.
• Share timely updates, reminders, and relevant materials to nurture relationships and ensure meeting attendance.
3. CRM Management & Reporting
• Accurately log all call activities, meeting details, and client interactions in the CRM.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as call-to-meeting and meeting-to-deal conversion rates.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to the sales team, with clear notes and background information.
• Liaise with customer support to resolve any preliminary queries or concerns raised by exporters prior to meetings.
