Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager to join our Mutual Fund Broking House. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing cross-functional coordination, driving team performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and handling timely sub-broker payouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and streamline daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and service excellence.

• Coordinate across sales, back-office, customer support, and compliance teams to maintain seamless workflow.

• Monitor and enhance team performance through regular reviews, support, and strategic planning.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of sub-broker commissions, incentives, and payouts.

• Maintain compliance with SEBI and AMFI regulations, and ensure timely submission of statutory reports and audit requirements.

• Identify process improvements, reduce operational bottlenecks, and implement automation where feasible.

• Maintain and update SOPs related to mutual fund transactions and client servicing.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in operations within mutual fund distribution or broking or banking

• Strong knowledge of mutual fund products, sub-broker models, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with financial platforms and CRM tools.
