Position: HR Admin Recruitment Operations
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 8 - 15 Years
CTC: 4.5 - 4.8 LPA
Age Bracket: 35 - 45 Years

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate with department heads across multiple functions (Tech, Sales, Ops, HR, etc.)
• Proactively question delays, clarify hiring needs, and push for updates
• Track hiring status, TATs, and manpower requirements
• Maintain hiring dashboards and submission reports
• Escalate unresolved gaps and ensure closure of open positions
• Support onboarding logistics and internal handovers

Who We're Looking For:

• 8-15 yrs in Recruitment Operations / HR Coordination
• Strong in stakeholder follow-ups and cross-functional communication
• Assertive, process-oriented, and accountable
• Skilled in Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS tools
• Comfortable interacting with senior leadership across departments
