Vertical-Digital Enterprise (DE) Department-Analytics Centre of Excellence (ACE) Job Location-Gurgaon Job Role-AI Project Manager Level in the organization: Assistant/Deputy Manager "Graduation (With Specialization): "Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent Work Experience (Years) : 3-7 Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Identify risks and dependencies related to AI project execution. Allocate resources effectively, including data scientists, engineers, and other team members. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams. Monitor progress and adjust resource allocation as needed. Create and manage project budgets,considering costs related to technology, personnel, and tools. Track expenses, analyze budget performance, and make informed decisions. Implement enhancements to enhance overall AI system effectiveness. Should be able to take complete ownership of the assigned project Experience of working in Agile environments Well versed with JIRA or equivalent project tracking tool" Competencies / Skills: Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans. Address issues promptly to prevent project delays or disruptions. Foster a problem-solving mindset within the project team. Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications. Familiarity with statistical technologies (e.g., MATLAB, Python). Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and packages. Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills. Ability to convey complex financial insights clearly Great communication and collaboration skills.",
