We are looking for a high-energy, ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment for GCC / ER&D companies. You will play a critical role in scaling mid to senior leadership talent across groundbreaking industries like SaaS, Product Engineering, Cloud Computing, AI/GenAI, Data Engineering, IoT, OpenSource, Software, Cybersecurity, and Semiconductors.
What You Will Own:
- End-to-End Recruitment Leadership: Own the full hiring lifecycle from client briefings to offer management and onboarding across complex tech mandates.
- Strategic Talent Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to GCC-based clients, shaping their hiring strategies and building future-ready tech leadership teams.
- Technology-Driven Hiring: Deliver talent solutions for cutting-edge domains including AI/ML, Embedded Systems, Cloud Infrastructure, CyberTech, and IoT Platforms.
- Client Success Ownership: Ensure exceptional client delivery, tight SLAs, and high NPS, becoming indispensable to our partners growth journeys.
- Candidate Experience Champion: Build world-class candidate journeys by combining business insight, empathy, and sharp negotiation skills.
- Market Intelligence & Insights: Stay ahead with competitive intelligence, talent mapping, and advising clients on evolving tech talent trends across GCC markets.
- High-Impact Storytelling: Communicate compellingly with candidates and clients, demonstrating strong business and technology articulation.
- Pipeline Excellence: Build and maintain a rich pipeline of mid to leadership-level talent with precision targeting and quality assurance.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3~5 years of strong recruitment experience specifically within GCC markets
- Proven success in hiring mid to senior leadership roles in high-growth software product and technology companies.
- Deep expertise in technical hiring for domains like Cloud, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Data, GenAI, Embedded Systems, and IoT.
- Outstanding business communication skillswritten, verbal, and client-facing.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Track record of client relationship management and ownership of delivery success.
- Passionate about technology trends and motivated by building "future-defining" teams.
