    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads through online platforms, networking events, and referrals

    • Initiate contact and schedule meetings with prospective clients

    • Engage in consistent follow-ups to ensure lead conversion

    • Prepare and share tailored proposals with clients

    • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales strategies and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

    • Analyze industry trends and monitor competitor activities

    • Maintain accurate records and submit regular performance reports

    • Collect and relay client feedback for continuous service improvement

    Requirements:

    • Willingness to work from our Dehradun office

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

    • Self-driven and proactive approach to work

    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team

    • Basic understanding of lead generation and sales principles is a plus
