Contract Duration: 6 Months ( + 6 months in case of project requirements)

General shift timing: 9AM - 6PM IST

About the opportunity:

This role is to provide technical support for International ERP application IP1. Main functions are to respond to support tickets relating to IP1 and related applications, provide tech SME support for business driven process improvements + support internal housekeeping and technical activity, using knowledge of RPG programming, the business and the ERP application ecosystem. Business functions covered are Concept to Production, Order to Cash, Rights and Royalties and Record to report.

Responsibilities:

• General issue ticket analysis and prioritization
• Working with team members and business SMEs on timely issue resolution
• Oversee, maintain, and support technical processes such as EDI, working closely with 3rd party vendors
• Carry out system support activities such as setting up/maintaining security access, monitoring after server/application patching & maintenance activities, recording/ maintaining records for audit purposes and creating/maintaining internal SOP documentation
• Tech support and participation in business process improvement and internal housekeeping, controls and maintenance activities : such as tech process analysis and design support

Requirements:

• A bachelors degree in IT or field related
• Minimum 4 years of experience in RPG Programming
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP
• Some exposure as a Technical Support
