Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned IT ERP Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in managing end-to-end ERP implementations and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ERP platforms (such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar), and a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget. This role demands excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills to drive cross-functional teams across geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale ERP implementation and upgrade projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams, ERP vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with project governance standards, IT policies, and change management processes.
- Drive stakeholder engagement through regular reporting, communication, and project reviews.
- Lead project teams through Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, as appropriate.
- Monitor KPIs and success metrics to track project performance and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5+ years in managing ERP projects.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as Odoo,SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Infor, or equivalent.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with global delivery teams and offshore/onshore models.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the manufacturing, retail, or services sector ERP implementations.
Exposure to cloud ERP solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
Working knowledge of DevOps tools and enterprise integration platforms is a plus.
