Job Description

1. Position: Airline Help Desk Staff

Location: KRIPL Mumbai Office (Travel Division)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift Timing: Night shift (approx. 10:00 PM IST onwards)



Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with bookings, flight status updates, and reservations
• Resolve customer concerns empathetically and professionally
• Provide accurate information on airline policies and travel guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support
• Keep up-to-date with services, promotions, and route information
• Assist passengers during flight delays and cancellations
• Log interactions and manage queries via CRM systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in customer service (airline/travel industry preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment
• Tech-savvy with CRM exposure

Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
