    Were Hiring: Customer Care Executive- Domestic Voice Process

    We are hiring dynamic and customer-oriented individuals for the role of Customer Care Executive  for Domestic Process-Voice Process at a French-based Multinational Company (MNC). This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries, providing excellent service, writing emails, and updating customer records in our CRM system in real time during the calls.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently through voice calls

    • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers

    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all interactions

    • Write and respond to customer emails as needed

    • Update and store customer information in the CRM system simultaneously during calls

    • Document call and email details, follow-up actions, and resolutions accurately

    • Follow company scripts, guidelines, and quality standards

    • Escalate unresolved issues appropriately and in a timely manner


    Required Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English

    • Strong command of English: reading, writing (at least 35 words per minute), speaking, and listening

    • Ability to multitask: communicate effectively while updating data in real time

    • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

    • Basic computer literacy and fast system navigation

    • Professional attitude and a customer-first mindset


    System Requirements:

    You must have access to the following:

    • Your own PC or Laptop with Intel i5 processor 7th Gen. or above

    • Minimum 8 GB RAM

    • Operating System: Windows 10 or above

    • Noise-cancellation headphones for clear communication

    • Stable high-speed Wi-Fi

    • Power backup to ensure uninterrupted work


    Eligibility Criteria:

    • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)

    • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

      • Experienced candidates may be offered a higher package

    • Age: Must be 32 years or below

    • Willingness to work in rotational day shifts, 6 days a week
