- Candidate will be responsible for develop and execute HR/ER strategies that are aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Candidate will be responsible for bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues that arise in the field.
- Candidate will be responsible for effectively and efficiently, manage industrial relations in the field, with experience handling external stakeholders / police station/ advocates etc.
- Candidate will be responsible for support current and future business needs through strategic field development, employee engagement, and motivation.
- Candidate will be responsible for experience in conducting review meetings with Managers and Medical Representatives is essential.
- Candidate will be responsible for handling field-related ER/IR issues, providing support to managers, and having fieldwork experience is a valuable asset.
- Candidate will be responsible for in conducting domestic inquiries and handling disciplinary proceedings for field employees.
- Candidate will be responsible for regularly review legal cases and ensure proactive coordination with the respective advocates.
- Candidate will be responsible for ensure compliance with labor laws across India and have hands-on experience managing dashboard compliance.
- Candidate will be responsible for handle NAPS procedures, including issue resolution, reimbursement claims, and coordination with NAPS authorities.
- Candidate will be responsible for develop and oversee HR/ER strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the field to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Candidate will be responsible for report / MIS to management and provide decision support through HR Metrics.
- Field ER / IR Experience and aware about criminal proceedings.
- Plan ER/ IR experience is desirable
Required Candidate profile
1. Any Graduate and MBA in HR or LLB with 12 years of experience in handling Field HR/ IR and compliance for reputed Pharmaceutical Company.
2. You should have experience in conducting review meetings with Managers and Medical Representatives is essential
3. You should have experience in handling field-related ER/IR issues, providing support to managers, and having fieldwork experience is a valuable asset
4. You should have experience in conducting domestic inquiries and handling disciplinary proceedings for field employees.
5. You should have experience in field ER / IR experience and aware about criminal proceedings. Plant ER/ IR experience is desirable.
