Job Description

The Job responsibilities are divided in 3 categories based on multiple calibration sessions.

Project / Workflow Management - Construct a Project Plan & Program Tracker, Derive & track milestones, foresee risks & devise mitigation plan in collaboration with operations team

Operations Management - Volume management. Record and track AI''s to closure for respective WF''s.

Change Management - Govern Workflow Creation/modification process

Candidate should have excellent communication and strong Project Management skills. Flexible working in rotational shift and work from office. Academic Qualification:Graduate External Certification:PMP Certified
