The Chef has to manage the entire kitchen , ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently, Build a skilled team of kitchen staff, Plan and manage work schedule of the kitchen staff, Manage food cost , inventory and develop strategies to improve profitability, ensure all dishes look appealing and presented consistently, ensuring food quality Maintain clean and safe enviornment ,

Culinary expertise in food preparation, Leadership skills , Managing and training kitchen staff, recruiting new chefs , Developing Menu, Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests,
