We are looking for a Nutritionist to engage with our customers across India through inbound calls. The ideal candidate should be passionate about health and wellness, capable of educating customers on the importance of nutrition in daily life, and able to answer queries effectively within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).


Position: Call Centre Executive

Timings: 9am to 6pm and 10am to 7pm. All Saturdays are working.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer queries, product-related inquiries, and service requests.
  • Ensure prompt and effective resolution within defined timelines
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all our products and promotions.
  • Educate customers on features, benefits, and usage of products.
  • Adhering to new company SOPs and policies is a must

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience: 1-3 years in call centre/customer service/sales role (inbound) role
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to explain nutrition concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Customer Service Attitude: Patient, empathetic, and willing to assist customers professionally.
