45 Days (Part-time | Minimum 1 hour/day)
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven HR Recruiting Interns to join our team for a 45-day internship program. This is a remote internship with a flexible schedule, ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job vacancies and role requirements shared by the internal team
- Call and screen candidates based on job criteria
- Shortlist suitable profiles and maintain candidate tracking sheets
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and follow up on interview status
Training & Support:
- Structured onboarding and training provided
- Detailed Job Descriptions and guidance shared for each role
- Regular check-ins with mentors to ensure clarity and progress
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any undergraduate or postgraduate student/fresher with interest in HR or recruitment
- Strong communication skills (English and Hindi preferred)
- Availability of at least 1 hour per day for the internship duration
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
