About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Program Manager with 5+ years of experience in managing and delivering complex, cross-functional programs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in Agile environments, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and deep proficiency in tools like Jira. This role demands a strong leader who can work across multiple teams and domains to ensure program alignment, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent programs or large-scale initiatives across teams and functions.
- Drive strategic alignment between business goals and program outcomes, ensuring cross-functional synergy.
- Use Jira and other project management tools to define workflows, track tasks, monitor progress, and generate insights through reports and dashboards.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and Design teams to define scope, priorities, timelines, and key deliverables.
- Proactively identify risks, manage interdependencies, and drive mitigation strategies to remove blockers and ensure consistent delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, where applicable.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with executive stakeholders, providing status updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics.
- Champion continuous improvement by analyzing program performance and refining processes, tools, and team collaboration models.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and results-driven execution.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of successful program delivery.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Expertise in Jira and other project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing programs in tech-driven environments such as SaaS, product development, or digital transformation.
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- Familiarity with OKRs, KPIs, and data-driven program planning.
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
