Job Description

We ,Prominent Consultant are seeking a proactive and results-driven Executive / Specialist - Business Development (In house) to join our dynamic team in the staffing / Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and helping expand our market presence in the recruitment and staffing domain

 

Year of Exp: Fresher who are willing to work in Business Development / 0.6 month to 5 Years same or similar Exp

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with variuous Manufacturing Industries
2. Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking and other channels
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
4. Understand client staffing needs and propose tailored workforce solutions
5. Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
6. Negotiate contract terms and close business deals.
7. Maintain CRM/database of leads, clients, and communication logs.
8. Track market trends and provide insights to improve sales strategy.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record in business development or sales (preferably in staffing/recruitment).
• Strong understanding of Recruitment solutions and recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
