Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Maintain Fixed Asset Register
Participate in Assets Tagging exercise where required
Execute Depreciation Runs as per Company Guidelines
Participate in Regular Physical Verification of Assets
Regular Follow up and review of Records to convert CWIP to Assets.
Improv Process efficiencies and support to reduce costs.
Should be able to closely work with the Head of specified vertical in the Group
Proficiency in accounting Software, Internal Controls, Asset Accounting Policies
Proficiency in understanding and executing Fixed Assets SOPs
Experience on Physical Verification and Asset Tagging
Knowledge of latest Trends in Assets Tagging.
Specific developments in Asset Accounting.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Processing large volume of data manually & using systems
Should be conversant with accounting & booking of Fixed Assets
Experience in working with Fixed Assets recording
Processes and Procedures Experience in using ERP (EPICOR/Other prominent ERPs) & excel skills
Industry Specific experience - Oil & Gas, Manufacturing Industry
Should be able to demonstrate Functional & Behavioral Skills listed above

Working Terms:
- Time-off Rotation will be 6 Month working and 21 Days off if posted in Lagos, 6 months ON 30 days OFF, if posted in Plant/Site. & subsequently followed by every 6 months once (with International & Domestic air ticket provided by the company)
- Workdays & Hours Six and half days work
- First salary will be released after 60 Days followed by the salary cycle (Ex: If you join in July, you will get first month salary in September then after that every month you will get regularly)
