Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruiting plans.
Handled end to end recruitment process in IT and Non-IT vertical.
Have handled Entry, Mid and Senior Level Positions.
Sourcing through Naukri, Monster and Other similar Job portals, Job posting, Mass Mailing.
Sourced, screened and delivered qualified candidates for Pan India requirements using advanced sourcing techniques (like Boolean search, Google advanced search etc) Passive sourcing.
Sourcing Hunting and engaging with talent from active and passive native and global sourcing channels (Local native: LinkedIn, Internal Company Database and Referrals)
Explaining the candidates about our company and Job description.
Screen and Evaluatecandidatesontheirtechnicalskills, education and workexperienceas perJobDescription via Telephonic or Face to Face discussion. Collecting all the information relating to his package CTC structure.
In this interview you have to clear the Job Description and the requirement of our organisation and his area of work clearly to the candidate.
Following up with the candidates forinterview schedules with supervisors and HOD. Aligning and scheduling the candidate properly for the Level 1 and Level 2 interview.
Taking proper feedback at the each level of interview from the interviewer i.e. supervisor, HOD Director and maintaining the proper record of the same.
Once the candidate is selected you have to discuss the offer which the company is going to provide the candidate with positive approach and must be able to negotiate with the candidate.
Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.
Connecting with Tied up Client Centers for technical and support level engineering talents opportunities.
Analyzed and conducted a thorough market research on the assigned roles/requirements/postings/position.
Trained new joiners on sourcing, candidate engagement techniques and best practices. Must have experience of managing subordinate/ team.
Well Versed with Talentlink, Taleo- Candidate registrations, Job Postings, reporting etc
Coordinated with entire operation team and with the respective department head for closing of the position.
Must have complete knowledge of Incoming / joining formalities i.e. preparation of offer letter, appointment letter, employment hand book, salary structure etc.
Must have a complete knowledge of Outgoing / Exit formalities i.e. exit interview, preparation of Experience letter, Salary Slips, FNF etc.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
