Position Overview

Candidate Sourcing / Resume Screening / Initial Interviews / Interview Coordination / Applicant Tracking / Job Postings / Candidate Communication / Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science is advantageous (or) Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relatated field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service roles.
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Experience with social media platforms and job boards for candidate sourcing.
