We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Indian Cook with 3 to 7 years of experience in preparing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian cuisine
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in the UAE or Gulf countries and be proficient in delivering authentic taste, maintaining hygiene, and operating in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide variety of traditional Indian dishes including curries, biryani, kebabs, tandoori items, dals, breads (roti, naan), and snacks.
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Follow all food safety regulations and kitchen SOPs.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal service.
