Job Description
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, assess their vehicle service needs, and provide accurate service estimates.
- Work Order Management: Create detailed work orders and ensure effective communication between customers and technicians to facilitate smooth service operations.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule service appointments, manage service calendars, and ensure timely service delivery.
- Parts Inventory Management: Oversee parts inventory, assist in sourcing required parts, and ensure availability of necessary components for service tasks.
- Billing and Invoicing: Prepare detailed invoices, explain charges to customers, and process payments efficiently.
- Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify future service needs.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, automobile engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Previous experience in automotive service, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and components, with the ability to assess and diagnose vehicle issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with service technicians, parts department, and other team members.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in service estimates, work orders, and billing.
- Strong customer focus, with a commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
