    Job Summary

    Were looking for a highly motivated and energetic Tele sales Executive to join our growing Digital Marketing team. If you're passionate about communication, sales, and helping businesses grow their online presence, this is your chance to shine. Your key focus will be on lead generation, data hauntingconvincing, and consistent follow-ups to drive conversions.

    Comprehensive training will be provided were looking for confidence, clear communication, and a drive to succeed.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research and generate leads using online platforms, business directories, and other sources (Data Haunting).

    • Convince prospects of the benefits of digital business promotion and guide them through the sales process.

    • Manage and nurture leads through regular follow-ups to drive conversions.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication in CRM tools.

    • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

    • Confidently handle objections and questions, maintaining a positive and solution-focused approach.

    • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.


    Requirements:

    • 1-3 years of experience in Tele Sales, preferably in business promotion calls or a related role.

    • Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.

    • Familiarity with how to generate leads and initiate calls specifically for business promotion.

    • Experience with Google My Business (GMB) profile promotion is a plus.

    • Ability to stay motivated, handle rejection, and maintain a positive mindset.

    • Comfortable using CRM tools and standard office software.

    • Proven experience in Tele Sales, especially within the Digital Marketing industry and business promotion companies or local search engines, will be a strong advantage.

    • A confident, self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
