Designation - Senior Architect

Location - Koregaon Park, Pune

Exp - 6+ Years

Qualification - B.Arch

Responsibilities :-

Preparing Design Concept and presentations.

Preparing Working Drawings & Details with support of draughtsman.

Coordination with RCC and MEPF consultants for releasing GFC drawings.

Working in coordination with the project manager and site engineers for project execution.

Coordinating, checking drawings & providing in-house support to other Architect's offices for outsourced projects.

Co-ordination with Laisoning Architect & checking municipal drawings.

Follow up with all consultants for drawing finalization.

Prepare & provide legal documents or file to Laisoning Architect.

Prepare sale drawings and area statement, as per requirement.
