Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring in BFSI, Insurance, RPO, and other Non-IT domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Screening Identify and shortlist candidates from job portals, referrals, and databases.
End-to-End Recruitment Manage hiring from initial screening to final onboarding.
Volume Hiring Handle bulk recruitment for BFSI, Insurance, and RPO sectors.
Candidate Engagement Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure smooth hiring.
Compliance & Documentation Ensure all hiring processes follow company policies.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment (BFSI, Insurance, RPO, etc.)
- Familiarity with Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and ATS tools
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
