1. Impact on the Business / Function:- The core responsibility area would be
a. To lead the training function for SBU -
2. Work with the (Vendor) training & quality team on new initiatives, TNI, customer/lead segments to increase productivity.
3. Regular audit/monitoring of all activities including sales (calls) of vendor for maximum customer satisfaction/No complains/etc.
4. Resolve queries within TAT
5. Track updates, disseminate & check execution.
6. Design and create a quality framework with clear input and output measures
Create training efficacy matrices and ensure deliveries on it every month agent activization, productivity, case size improvement, rider attachment etc
