Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive IT Recruiter with 12 years of experience in domestic IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu, and be passionate about end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates effectively through job portals and other channels
Conduct initial technical screening aligned with client requirements
Capable of conducting technical interviews based on client requirements
Communicate job details clearly to candidates
Schedule and coordinate client interviews
Maintain candidate database and follow-up effectively
Requirements:
12 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment
Excellent communication skills English, Hindi & Telugu
Proficiency in sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
Willingness to work from office (5 days a week)
