Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience 5+ years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
