This person will be accountable to deploy talent development strategy through close collaboration with senior stakeholders, leaders and business partners within the global firm to build relevant skills and capabilities with clear business outcomes. A key part of this role is to build partnerships with critical stakeholders and sponsors to ensure contextualized learning solutions. The person preferably should have had experience in program/project management, work with data to draw relevant insights and track progress/critical shifts.
What Youll Do
Be a contributing member of the Human Capital (HC) Team, and partner on Talent Management strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address critical skill gaps through scoping conversations.
Measure and demonstrate effectiveness of initiatives by tracking key metrics and analyzing data for relevant insights. Ensure relevant data, metrics and insights are available and communicated in a timely manner to relevant stakeholders
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development
Bring innovative solutions to HC basis industry trends and creative approaches, and translate these into value creating opportunities
Promote and partner to build a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
Identify opportunities to promote efficiency through cross-functional and special projects as needed
What Youll Need
5-7 years of progressive experience in Talent Development role.
Strong work ethic with a high sense of goal execution and results orientation
Strong team leadership skills. Ability to coach and advise wherever appropriate to help people grow and develop
Exposure to tools, practices and development frameworks
Passion for research and data
