Job Description

What You ll Do:
  • Understand the culture of the firm and be a custodian of it in all employee interactions.
  • Assist in roadmap planning and execution, by recommending, developing and implementing new processes and initiatives to meet team objectives
  • Manage and administer function specific programs and initiatives for the assigned business unit
  • Stay closely attuned to the on-ground employee pulse of the employees and proactively share insights with leadership to drive necessary actions and improvements.
  • Maintain and report data from people processes such as employee attrition, headcount, immigration, etc. and share actionable insights
  • Be the go-to person for all people-related queries and concerns for assigned business unit/s.
  • Analyze data and create various reports to support effective decision-making.
  • Provide support in driving and executing strategic projects, employee engagement and retention programs
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HC areas, including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Gather and interpret industry best practices and suggest improvements to internal processes, procedures and systems
  • Act as a change agent within the organization, challenging existing processes to make them more efficient and agile.
What You ll Need:
  • MBA in HR with 6-8 yrs of relevant experience with at least 5 years in the business partner role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of driving independent projects and implementing innovative HR solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fostering a positive work culture and promoting employee well-being and engagement.
  • Ability to anticipate and identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
