Understand the culture of the firm and be a custodian of it in all employee interactions.
Assist in roadmap planning and execution, by recommending, developing and implementing new processes and initiatives to meet team objectives
Manage and administer function specific programs and initiatives for the assigned business unit
Stay closely attuned to the on-ground employee pulse of the employees and proactively share insights with leadership to drive necessary actions and improvements.
Maintain and report data from people processes such as employee attrition, headcount, immigration, etc. and share actionable insights
Be the go-to person for all people-related queries and concerns for assigned business unit/s.
Analyze data and create various reports to support effective decision-making.
Provide support in driving and executing strategic projects, employee engagement and retention programs
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HC areas, including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Gather and interpret industry best practices and suggest improvements to internal processes, procedures and systems
Act as a change agent within the organization, challenging existing processes to make them more efficient and agile.
What You ll Need:
MBA in HR with 6-8 yrs of relevant experience with at least 5 years in the business partner role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
Proven track record of driving independent projects and implementing innovative HR solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for fostering a positive work culture and promoting employee well-being and engagement.
Ability to anticipate and identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
