Introduction to Team
Our Corporate Functions are made up of teams that support Expedia Group, including Employee Communications, Finance, Legal, People Team, Inclusion and Diversity, and Global Social Impact and Sustainability.
The Global Leave Administrator would be responsible for assisting a nd administering all types of leave programs for the companys global workforce focusing on US operations.This role ensures compliance with local, state, and international leave laws and regulations, and provides guidance to employees and managers on leave policies and procedures.

Administer Leave Programs: Act as subject matter expert for employee leave and accommodation requests, including long term sick leave, parental leave, short-term and long-term disability, and other statutory leaves , ensuring compliance with all applicable federal / state laws and company policies.

Employee Experience : Provide empathetic and supportive guidance to employees regarding leave policies, eligibility, and documentation requirements. Address employee inquiries and concerns related to leave.

Accommodations: Manage and oversee workplace accommodation requests, ensuring that they are handled efficiently, fairly, and in accordance with legal guidelines.

Vendor Management: Partner with HR, managers, and third-party leave administrators to streamline the leave process, ensuring timely submission and review of required documentation, as applicable.
