Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, digital engagement, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have proven experience across diverse markets, a strong digital-first approach, and a history of leading high-performance teams.


Role & responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
  • Drive brand positioning and awareness initiatives tailored to regional and global markets.

Digital Marketing Leadership:

  • Manage paid campaigns (PPC), content strategy, and performance analytics.
  • Optimize web presence and SEO, including Google My Business optimization across locations.
  • Spearhead WhatsApp and email marketing automation campaigns for customer engagement and retention.

Team & Project Management:

  • Lead cross-functional marketing teams to achieve campaign goals.
  • Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for streamlined operations.
  • Monitor performance through KRAs, ensuring productivity and quality standards.

Brand and Content Management:

  • Oversee development of content calendars, creatives, and digital assets for B2B campaigns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver campaigns aligned with business goals.

Market Expansion & Collaboration:

  • Lead urban marketing initiatives, focusing on client acquisition and market penetration.
  • Coordinate with product, tech, and sales teams to launch and promote digital platforms.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA in Marketing; Bachelors in any related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including leadership in digital and social media campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in marketing automation tools, analytics (Power BI), and brand development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Global market exposure is a plus.

Tools & Certifications (Preferred):

  • HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing
  • Power BI (Analytics & Reporting)
  • Certifications in Advanced Digital Marketing (DMTI, Udemy, etc.)
